The divider is what protects the bottles. For a two-bottle box we use a die-cut paperboard divider slotted into a base tray, or an EVA or moulded-pulp cavity for added shock absorption on long hauls. The divider also lets you mix a bottle with a card, a stopper or a small food item in a third well. For single-bottle runs we size the cavity to the exact bottle diameter so it cannot tip.
Materials and branding
We wrap the greyboard in 157 gsm coated art paper, a soft-touch matte laminate, or recycled kraft for eco-leaning gifting. Branding is usually a foil-stamped winery logo on the lid, with an embossed name as a second cue. Inside the lid we can hot-stamp a vintage or a short story, or leave it plain.
