\\n\\tCustomisable packaging means every box, bag, or insert we make is built to your product — your dimensions, your print, your finish, your quantity. Ecopaperbox manufactures customisable paper packaging in our Guangzhou facility, so brand owners, distributors and resellers can order the exact packaging they need without over-paying for stock sizes or settling for someone else's design. \\n

\\n

\\n\\tWhat "Customisable" Means at Ecopaperbox \\n

\\n

\\n\\tEvery order is treated as a one-off project. We do not ship pre-made boxes from a warehouse. Instead, our team reviews your product weight, dimensions, retail channel and brand identity, then recommends a structure and a print specification that fits all four. The result is packaging that protects the product, presents it well on shelf, and ships economically to your warehouse or directly to your customer. \\n

\\n
    \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t\\tSize customisation — boxes made to your exact internal and external dimensions, with tolerances matched to your product. \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t\\tMaterial customisation — kraft, coated art paper, SBS, rigid chipboard, corrugated, or recycled board, chosen to match weight, protection and brand values. \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t\\tPrint customisation — Pantone, full CMYK, and specialty finishes including hot foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and matte or gloss lamination. \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t\\tInsert customisation — foam, EVA, cardboard, moulded pulp or paperboard fitments cut to the shape of your product. \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t\\tClosure customisation — magnetic, ribbon, tuck, drawer, lift-off lid, auto-lock bottom, or hook-and-loop openings. \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t
  • \\n\\t\\tQuantity customisation — orders from 100 pieces for market tests to 100,000+ pieces for steady distribution, on the same production line. \\n\\t

\\n\\tMaterials We Work With \\n

\\n

\\n\\tMaterial choice is the first decision, because it drives protection, freight cost, finishing options and end-of-life. Our range covers carton board from 250 gsm to 400 gsm for folding cartons, single-wall and double-wall corrugated for shipping and retail boxes, greyboard and chipboard wrapped in 157 gsm art paper for rigid gift boxes, and natural kraft (white, brown, recycled) for brands that prefer a less-processed look. FSC-certified paper can be sourced from FSC-certified mills with chain-of-custody (CoC) documentation on request, and food-contact grade boards are available on request for tea, coffee, confectionery and cosmetics. \\n

\\n

\\n\\tPrinting and Finishing Capabilities \\n

\\n

\\n\\tOur presses print up to 1050 × 1420 mm in up to seven colours plus UV, with inline lamination and full inline inspection. Pre-press is handled in-house, so Pantone matching, colour separation and white-ink layers are set up correctly before plates go on the press. After printing we offer a full set of finishing options — gloss or matte lamination, soft-touch coating, anti-scratch varnish, hot foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, holographic), embossing and debossing, spot UV, and ribbon, thread or magnetic closures for rigid gift formats. \\n

\\n

\\n\\tCustomisation Workflow \\n

\\n
    \\n\\t
  1. \\n\\t\\tBrief and quotation — send us your product dimensions, target quantity, reference artwork or moodboard, and any required certifications. We respond within one business day with a transparent quotation and a structural recommendation. \\n\\t
  2. \\n\\t
  3. \\n\\t\\tArtwork layout and structural drawing — our pre-press team lays up your print files and prepares a flat dieline that fits your product. Layout is free of charge for every order. \\n\\t
  4. \\n\\t
  5. \\n\\t\\tPlain sample — we cut a plain sample of the chosen structure so you can confirm dimensions, closure and material feel before paying for printing. \\n\\t
  6. \\n\\t
  7. \\n\\t\\tPrinted prototype — once the plain sample is approved, we print a small batch on the production press for final colour and finish approval. \\n\\t
  8. \\n\\t
  9. \\n\\t\\tMass production — after the prototype is signed off, the order moves into a scheduled production slot on the matching line. Inline inspection runs at every stage. \\n\\t
  10. \\n\\t
  11. \\n\\t\\tPackaging and shipping — boxes ship flat (where the structure allows) to reduce freight volume, packed in export cartons and dispatched under your chosen trade term (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.). \\n\\t
  12. \\n
\\n

\\n\\tOrder Quantities and Lead Time \\n

\\n

\\n\\tCustomisable orders start from 100 pieces — small enough to support a brand testing a new SKU, large enough to justify a fully customised print job. Standard lead time from artwork approval to dispatch is 7–10 days for folding cartons, 12–18 days for rigid gift boxes, and 15–25 days for large or special-finish orders. Rush production is available for repeat customers with approved artwork on file. \\n

\\n

\\n\\tWhy Brands Choose Ecopaperbox for Customisable Packaging \\n

\\n

\\n\\tTwo reasons. First, our factory is in-house — every box we make is produced on equipment we operate, not subcontracted to a third party. Second, our MOQ is 100 pieces, so a brand can customise a small run for a market test without committing to thousands of units. The combination means faster sampling, consistent colour from sample to production, and the flexibility to grow a customisation project from a market test into a steady reorder on the same factory floor. \\n

\\n

\\n\\tRequest a Custom Quote \\n

\\n

\\n\\tSend us your product details and reference artwork, and we will respond within one business day with a structural recommendation, a transparent per-unit price, and a sampling plan. From the first enquiry to the repeat order, you work directly with the people who run the press — no middlemen, no surprises. \\n

What We Make, End to End

\\n

Custom paper packaging is our core. Around that core we offer the printed materials most brands need to launch or refresh a line — so one PO covers the box, the brochure, the in-store poster, and the carrier bag.

\\n
\\n
\\n

Custom Paper Boxes (core)

\\n

Folding cartons, rigid setup boxes, magnetic collapsible boxes, corrugated mailers and kraft boxes. Printed and finished to your spec — we always provide a free dieline and a blank sample before production.

\\n
\\n
\\n

Printed Brand Collateral

\\n

Coffee-table books, product catalogs, brochures, leaflets and flyers — same offset presses, same colour management as the boxes, so the printed paper and the box match.

\\n
\\n
\\n

Posters & In-Store Displays

\\n

Large-format posters, point-of-sale cards, window decals and counter cards produced in-line with your packaging campaign.

\\n
\\n
\\n

Paper Carrier Bags

\\n

Twisted-handle and flat-handle kraft or art-paper bags — the natural companion to a rigid or folding box range.

\\n
\\n
\\n

Corrugated Shipping Boxes

\\n

Single-wall and double-wall corrugated shippers for subscription boxes and e-commerce mailers — E, B and F flute available.

\\n
\\n
\\n

One-Stop Packing

\\n

Design, plate-making, offset print, lamination, foil, UV, die-cut, hand-glue, QC and packing — all done inside the same 12,000 m² facility.

QC & Pack
\\n
\\n

Daily capacity sits at 500,000+ finished boxes per shift. That capacity means two things for your order: short lead times, and room to scale from 100 pieces to your re-order quantities of 5,000 / 10,000 / 50,000 without changing supplier.

\\n
\\n Low MOQ, factory price. We hold MOQ at 100 pieces across folding cartons, rigid boxes, kraft boxes and mailers — so small brands and test runs can use the same factory as your larger re-orders. No middleman margin.\\n
\\n
\\n\\n
\\n

How We Keep Quality Consistent

\\n

Every order goes through a documented QC loop — colour match against a signed proof before printing, in-line checks during print, dimension check after die-cut, and a finished-piece audit before packing. If a defect slips past, we replace it — every shipment carries our 100% quality commitment.

\\n

For repeat orders we keep your colour profile, dieline and finishing recipe on file, so the second batch lands looking identical to the first.

Certifications & Audits

\n

Our Guangzhou workshop holds ISO 9001 quality management certification, along with High-Tech Enterprise certification (certificate no. GR202544012474), and the facility is SGS-audited. Certificate copies are available on request.

\n

For projects that need certified fibre, we source FSC-certified paper from FSC-certified mills and provide chain-of-custody (CoC) documentation. See our certification checklist.
