Materials We Work With

Material choice is the first decision, because it drives protection, freight cost, finishing options and end-of-life. Our range covers carton board from 250 gsm to 400 gsm for folding cartons, single-wall and double-wall corrugated for shipping and retail boxes, greyboard and chipboard wrapped in 157 gsm art paper for rigid gift boxes, and natural kraft (white, brown, recycled) for brands that prefer a less-processed look. We can source FSC-certified paper from FSC-certified mills to meet your project needs, with chain-of-custody (CoC) documentation on request. Food-contact grade boards are also available on request for tea, coffee, confectionery and cosmetics.

Printing and Finishing Capabilities

Our presses print up to 1050 u00d7 1420 mm in up to seven colours plus UV, with inline lamination and full inline inspection. Pre-press is handled in-house, so Pantone matching, colour separation and white-ink layers are set up correctly before plates go on the press. After printing we offer a full set of finishing options u2014 gloss or matte lamination, soft-touch coating, anti-scratch varnish, hot foil stamping (gold, silver, rose gold, holographic), embossing and debossing, spot UV, and ribbon, thread or magnetic closures for rigid gift formats.

4. Printed prototype u2014 once the plain sample is approved, we print a small batch on the production press for final colour and finish approval.
