We keep payment simple and flexible so that first-time buyers and repeat customers can both order with confidence. Below are the payment methods we accept, when each one makes sense, and the standard terms we work to.

T/T — Bank Wire Transfer

T/T is the most economical option for larger payments because the handling fee is low relative to the order value. The trade-off is timing: funds usually take 3–5 days to clear. We start production as soon as the deposit is confirmed by our bank.

Western Union

Western Union suits payments below $2,500 and arrives instantly, which makes it the best choice when you need an urgent small order to start production the same day.

PayPal

PayPal is fast and convenient, and it is the option most customers use for sample fees and small orders. Note that PayPal charges a higher handling fee, which is why we generally recommend T/T for bulk production runs.

Standard Payment Terms

  • Deposit: 30% of the order value, paid before production begins.
  • Balance: the remaining 70%, paid before shipment or against the copy bill of lading.
  • Sample orders: paid in full up front, since the amounts are small.
  • Repeat customers: we are happy to discuss adjusted terms once a working relationship is established.

Currency and Invoicing

All quotations and invoices are issued in USD unless otherwise agreed. A proforma invoice with our full banking details is sent before any payment is made — please always pay against that document.

Security note: our bank details do not change from order to order. If you ever receive an email claiming our account has changed, do not transfer any funds. Contact us directly through your usual contact person to verify first.
