Finish 1:
Outside & inner side are both glossy lamination.
250gsm C1S paperboard mounted on the strong E flute corrugated board outside & inside, which is very tough material combination, could hold for at lest 6.6 lbs.
Such pure pantone color desgign is good for glossy lamination, very fresh impression to clients.
Finish 2: Outside matte lamination, inside glossy varnish (oil).
This glossy varnish inside is much cheaper than both sides lamination for the custom mailer box. but when fold too many times, the inner folding line will be color fading when fold it. however, at present no clients complain such finish yet if they wants to save the cost.
But if you order just 500pcs to 1000pcs, not big size, the lamination & varnish cost the same.
When large qty or size, you can choose this finish 2, can save you much fees. if small qty & small sizes, choose finish one or double sided matte lamination is great.
Anyway, we just custom upon your needs. above suggestion is only for cost analysis suggestions.
