Generally no need to put the PE bags inside of the cartons. Since the boxes are glued a layer of cardboard, generally production time is not long enough to dry the paper box. If you tie the PE bags, the steamed water pearl will be produced inside of the bags.

The standard version uses gold foil stamping for the honeycomb pattern and trim lines. We can also print it in CMYK or emboss it if you prefer a subtler texture.
Can the window be made larger or smaller?
Yes. The hexagon PVC window is fully customizable. We normally keep it centered in the lid and size it to frame the jar label, but we can adjust it to your layout.
What jar size fits inside the 160 × 160 × 100 mm sample size?
That size fits most 250–380 g round honey jars up to about 90 mm in diameter and 115 mm tall. Send your jar dimensions and we will design the insert around it.
Why is the MOQ 500 pieces?
The hexagon shape requires custom cutting dies, hand wrapping for six sides, and foil stamping setup. A 500-piece minimum covers these setup costs while keeping the per-unit price competitive.
Do you ship the boxes flat or assembled?
We normally ship setup boxes pre-assembled to protect the corners and finish. If you need flat-packed shipping to save volume, we can discuss a collapsible rigid-board version.
