A Bigger Home for the Same Guangzhou Factory

In March 2026, Ecopaperbox moved its production and office to a new facility at No. 103 Huasheng South Road, Donghua, Renhe Town, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China, 510470. This is not a change of ownership or a hand-off to a trading partner. We are the same Guangzhou-based custom packaging manufacturer with in-house printing and finishing — just with more room to work.

If you have ordered from us before, your existing quotes, dielines, and contact person stay exactly the same. The only thing that changed is the physical address and, as you will see below, a modest improvement in turnaround.

Why We Moved

The old workshop in Junhe was functional, but it was getting tight. As order volume grew, three problems became hard to ignore:

  • Floor space. We needed room for more automatic die-cutting and auto-gluing lines without crowding the hand-assembly area for rigid boxes.
  • Logistics distance. The new site in Renhe is closer to Baiyun Airport and the air-cargo consolidation points, which shortens the drayage leg for both air and sea shipments.
  • QC flow. A larger, single-level layout lets us keep incoming paper, printing, finishing, and packing in a cleaner sequence rather than bouncing between cramped zones.

To be honest, a move does not magically make a factory faster. The gain is real but modest: less internal handling, a steadier packing line, and easier truck access. We are not claiming a revolution.

The postal code 510470 is the one to put on international courier forms (DHL, FedEx, UPS) and on any mail. If your freight forwarder needs GPS coordinates or a gate appointment, our sales team will share them after you place an order.

What Does Not Change

We want to be clear about what stayed the same, because that is what matters for repeat buyers:

  • Still a factory, not a trader. We run offset printing (up to 1050×1420mm), lamination, foil stamping, embossing, die-cutting, and hand assembly in-house.
  • MOQ 100. Our standard minimum stays at 100 pieces across most box types — rigid boxes, folding cartons, kraft boxes, and corrugated mailers. The industry norm is still 1000–3000+ for many of these, so the low entry point is unchanged.
  • Free dieline and plain samples. We still provide a free dieline for your artwork and plain (unprinted) samples so you can check fit before committing to a full run.
  • DDP door-to-door. For many destinations we can quote delivered-duty-paid, so the new address does not add paperwork on your side.
  • Same contacts. Email info@ecopaperbox.com and the same sales team you have worked with continue as before.

What Actually Gets Better

With the added space we were able to do a few things we had wanted for a while:

  • Keep a dedicated rigid-box line separate from high-volume folding-carton runs, which helps consistency on custom luxury gift boxes.
  • Stage finished goods in a proper holding area, so partial shipments and consolidation are easier to manage.
  • Hold more raw-board inventory on site, which smoothed lead times through the March–April ramp-up.

Realistic lead time remains 7–12 working days after artwork approval for standard orders, with longer runs quoted case by case. We would rather quote a date we can hit than a date that looks good in an email.

Materials and Structure, Unchanged

The move did not change how we build boxes. For reference, our rigid box construction guide explains the greyboard-plus-art-paper build we use for rigid and collapsible magnetic boxes, and why those ship assembled while folding cartons and corrugated mailers ship flat. If you are specifying a box, that distinction still drives both cost and freight.

A Note on the March Transition

We will not pretend the relocation was invisible. Production was disrupted for roughly two weeks in March 2026 while lines were moved and re-commissioned, and a small number of orders shipped a few days late. We communicated directly with the affected buyers, and we are grateful they were patient. Everything has been running at the new site since early April.
