Kraft mailer boxes are the workhorse of DTC shipping: a self-locking corrugated mailer that needs no tape, ships flat, and arrives looking intentional. For small US brands the blocker is usually MOQ and per-unit cost. We make kraft mailers at MOQ 100 in our Guangzhou workshop, with free dieline and a blank sample before print.

Why kraft, and certified options
Kraft reads as natural and premium, and being a mono-material fiber board it is widely recyclable in curbside streams. For projects that need FSC fiber, we can source FSC-certified kraft from FSC-certified mills on request and provide chain-of-custody documentation.
