What Is a Counter Display Box?
A counter display unit (CDU) or POP display is a retail-ready folding carton designed to sit on the checkout counter and present products face-on to shoppers. It combines a product cavity with a printed header for branding.
How It Is Built
The display is supplied flat and folds into a freestanding unit with a front lip, side walls and a tall header panel. Products are loaded into the cavities or onto the tray before it goes on the shelf.

A CDU (also called a PDQ tray) is a self-supporting printed display that sits on a shop counter or shelf and holds multiple units of your product. It combines a product tray with a printed header card that carries branding and promotional messaging.
Does the display ship assembled?
It ships flat to keep freight cost low and assembles without tools in under a minute. Auto-lock bases are available if store staff need instant set-up.
How many units can a counter display hold?
That depends on your product size. We design the tray around your actual SKU dimensions, and typical counter units hold 12-48 pieces. Send us the product size and target facing count and we will lay out the compartments.
Can the header card be a different shape?
Yes. Headers are fully die-cut to custom silhouettes, including logo-shaped and character-shaped outlines, and can be printed on both sides for island placement.
What is the minimum order quantity?
250 pieces for counter displays, lower than our standard carton MOQ because retail campaigns often run in smaller batches. Lead time is 10-15 working days.

Packing Method For Corrugated Packaging:
Generally no need to put the PE bags inside of the cartons. Since the boxes are glued a layer of cardboard, generally production time is not long enough to dry the paper box. If you tie the PE bags, the steamed water pearl will be produced inside of the bags.
