A foundation bottle is heavy, glass, and easy to shatter in transit. The box is the only thing standing between your product and a cracked pump on arrival. We build custom foundation packaging boxes as rigid cardboard cases with a magnetic closure, so the lid stays sealed through parcel sorting and the bottle sits in a die-cut insert that will not shift. Materials We Actually Use
- 1200gsm greyboard core - the structural heart of the case. Thick enough that the walls do not flex when the bottle is dropped.
- 157gsm art paper wrap - the printable surface. Takes CMYK photo art without banding and accepts foil without cracking.
- Gold or silver foil edging - applied to the tray and lid edges for a finish that reads as premium, not printed-on.
- EVA or foam insert - die-cut to the bottle and pump profile so the glass sits without rattle.

Packing Method For Corrugated Packaging:
Generally no need to put the PE bags inside of the cartons. Since the boxes are glued a layer of cardboard, generally production time is not long enough to dry the paper box. If you tie the PE bags, the steamed water pearl will be produced inside of the bags.
